At NAB I started as a Tech BA working on the New Payments program and the Program director who knew of my broader skills asked me to take over as one of the Data Architects

In this new position, I had to complete duties beyond your current level of experience.

Technically I understood wheat was required but this was something I had never done before.

I asked if  a more experienced colleague could offer guidance and after meeting with several experienced employees and studying their best practice, I successfully delivered. The hands-on learning experience allowed me to eventually become an t expert on data architecture.'
