Has a customer ever changed their requirements for a project? How did you respond?

 ‘I once had at Vanguard where we were  asked to change the current software project to insert additional features to attempt to cover additional situations

We were already halfway through the project, which made the updates to the project requirements somewhat challenging to implement. 
However, after checking the team as to the work involved and how much could be managed within the current timeframe and what extra would be needed and with I was able to negotiate with the stakeholderst to extend the project deadline, giving my team additional time to reorganise project tasks and workflow. 

Because I developed a solution that supported both stakeholders and business outcomes, the result was that what  we delivered at completion was successful and gained results for the client.’
