I have always found it best to take responsibility for my mistakes, learn from them and work to correct these errors. In my role as a BA, at Telstra I was asked to quickly summarise a presentation on the process for mobile plan updates and I mistakenly included a discontinued subsection . I knew this blunder might affect decision making. I told the executive manager immediately before the meeting, remade the presentation in time for inclusion in the meeting and apologised for the delay. The executive team was satisfied, as was my team leader for promptly owning up to my mistake. Following this incident, I paid special attention when preparing urgent requested documents.'
