Have you ever had to work with a difficult co-worker? How did you resolve this issue? ‘At NAB as part of the project I had to create and report on the functions of the company's training department to analyse efficiency. After conducting my analysis, I reported to executives and managers that some of the department's employees were missing some employee training sessions which often resulted in lower productivity. When I presented some strategies for improvement in the scheduling of training, the department manager disagreed with me during the presentation. During a break, I talked with him privately and showed him my prior analysis. After discussing my approaches and the current practices, and how it would help this eased his concern and gave him a better understanding of how my approaches would support the success of his team.’
